By using HairTry AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What HairTry does
HairTry lets you explore possible hairstyles and hair colors by creating AI-generated previews from a photo you provide. The Service is for personal, creative use. A preview is an illustration, not a promise of how a style will look in person or a substitute for advice from a qualified hairstylist.
2. Your photos and other content
You keep any rights you have in photos and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permission needed to submit that content. Please do not upload an image of someone else unless you have their permission.
You give HairTry and the service providers that help us operate the Service a limited permission to receive, store, process, and return your content only as needed to provide the features you request, protect the Service, and meet legal obligations.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only in a lawful way. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access another person’s data, or submit content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
4. AI previews
AI-generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or different each time. They may not match the result a stylist can create, and similar results may be produced for other people. Use previews as inspiration and discuss your chosen style with a professional before making a change.
5. Credits and purchases
If the app offers paid credits, the price and applicable purchase terms will be shown before you buy. Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s terms and refund rules. HairTry does not receive your payment card number from Apple.
6. The Service and its content
HairTry, its software, name, logo, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except where the law allows or we give you permission.
7. Availability and suspension
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our legal rights, including when these Terms are violated.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that an AI preview will be accurate or suitable for a particular outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, HairTry will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after a change means the updated Terms apply, subject to rights you may have under local law.
